Winemaker Notes
Our Reserve Chardonnay comes from the estate property in Southern Dry Creek Valley. The vineyard is located near the creek and the vines are specifically farmed to yield concentrated, flavorful berries. Our location in the southern end of Dry Creek provides ample cool morning fog from our neighboring Russian River Valley.
Tasting Notes
The nose for the Reserve Chardonnay pops with ripe honeydew melon and Bartlett pear. The subsequent taste is rich and creamy with flavors of pear, light toast and butter. The finish is long and lingering with firm acidity. Delicious for sipping as a stand-alone wine, or pair with seafood fettuccine or a rich poultry dish.
